Shipping & Delivery Policy

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, and tracking confirms it was delivered, please report the issue directly to us at contact@verogears.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or a video of the damaged product and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

Upon confirmation, we will issue a refund or replacement based on the nature of the damage.

Stolen Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, report the issue to us at contact@verogears.com within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Delivery confirmation screenshot
  • Any supporting details about the missing package

Once we verify the case, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to local courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delayed deliveries are not eligible for refunds unless they fall within the scope of our return and exchange policy.
  • Pre-order items may have different delivery timelines.
  • Items marked as out of stock will be shipped as soon as inventory is replenished.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. Once the order is processed, changes to the shipping address are not possible.

Note: Vero Gears is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
