Vero Gears serves both individual and business customers. All sales comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the Hong Kong, U.K. and U.S. For B2B agreements, these terms will override conflicting clauses unless otherwise agreed.
Required Information
To place an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information:
- Individuals: Full name, address, email, and phone number.
- Businesses: Company name, contact person, company registration number, address, phone, and email.

3. Pricing
- All product prices are listed in HKD/GBP/USD (depending on the region) and include applicable VAT.
- Shipping fees are shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- Vero Gears reserves the right to correct pricing errors. Products will not be sold at clearly incorrect prices.
Price Adjustments
If prices drop after an order is placed but before dispatch, we may honor the lower price. Price increases after the order will not affect your purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays), provided items are in stock and payment is confirmed.
Shipping Methods
We offer multiple delivery options. Orders may be shipped in separate packages for logistical efficiency.
Partial & Priority Shipments
Customers may request to delay shipment until all items are available. Otherwise, items may be dispatched as they become available.
Uncollected Deliveries
Unclaimed or refused orders will incur full shipping charges. Orders are held for a maximum of 7 days, unless otherwise arranged.
5. Warranty
Products sold on Vero Gears are covered by warranties provided by the respective manufacturers. Warranty terms typically cover manufacturing and material defects.
